We ordered our spirit wear on December 22nd and just received it today. Over 5 months for them to make one t-shirt and one hoodie. Not to mention the graphics feel like cheap iron on material that will crack and peel with the first wash and dry.

We worked through our Corporate Sales Rep for a few items to have in time for an expo, we expected the items would arrive on time and BSN came through. After the shipping delays Jess still made sure we would have our items in time. Thank you again.

Literally everyone who has ordered stuff from them for fall football hasn't received it. It's been almost 6 months and their email said it was shipped 17 days ago w/no tracking. Do not recommend.

Terrible experience and will never recommend. After being told my youth football spiritwear order was in production since August (when I placed my order), I finally received the last of my order today in December. The shirt I received looks nothing like what I ordered. I was told after several months of waiting for my order, they could not cancel the order—though our football season has long ended.

Had to wait forever for my order to come in. Soccer has been over. Finally received my stuff. The stitching is all messed up on every item I ordered. Poor quality. Hundreds of dollars forworkmanship like this?

It's been 3 months since my order was put in. Football season is over and I STILL don't have my items ordered for the season!!! What a complete mess!! Covid or not this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for two items!!!

Ordered 8 weeks ago and I'm told "still in production" The season is over, so I asked for a refund. I was told "can't you use it next year? " Sorry no refunds". I said ok, I'll have my credit card refund me. Then "ok you can have a refund " Covid is the excuse. Well I got my own sad, sad story ? don't take orders or even be in business if you can't handle it
