Stopped for gas and bought a car wash, go to use car wash and it’s closed but still sold it to me, tried to go inside to get a refund at 1pm on a Sunday and they were locked up and closed, called the number no voicemail set up. Will never be back and will contest the amount with my credit card company.

Terrible service waited there for 20 minutes and nobody was there inside all i wanted was a lighter the cashier was outside doing nothing he saw me go in and walk out literally every time i come here the cashier isn't around

This is only a rating for their CAR WASH. I purchased their most expensive wash avaliable. Quickest car wash I've ever been in and it was apparent on my white car afterwards. Wash system didn't appear to reach the rims. My car is white and the wash left streaks all over the car. The wash controls the speed of the vehicle's travel and rushed the drying process. Will not use this wash again.

My wife, Granddaughter and I own our home across the ave from this BP. We have lived here a few months. We are African Americans. We noticed that everytime we stop at this station the clerks are not wearing mask as they serve other non minority customers. When they see us coming in they quickly pull up their mask. How rude and discriminatory. May file State complaint if this persists.

Super rude old White lady employee, I tried to use 3 different cards at the pump but they were not reading cards, I went inside to ask if she can come outside & see why its not reading, I am coming there from last 4 years, but she said the pumps are new, which was not a correct statement, but not get help. Not recommended at all. There was 1 more customer who was complaining for the cold coffee. I think she just dont want to work. I personally request owner to see cameras, what she is doing. She is harming your business. Date & Time was 08/21/2019 and time was 1:30.52

Just tried to buy gas there. Used my cc and when requested I attempted to select the grade of gas I wanted. None of the selections worked even though it was approved. I hit the help button and after several tries what appeared to be an employee came out. I made another attempt to make the purchase and again the same thing happened. This employee then hit the 87 octane button and it worked. When I informed him that I was trying to purchase the 89 octane and didn't want the 87 he looks at me like I don't know what I'm doing. I informed him that I'll just go to another station he starts yelling at me to go ahead and go somewhere else. I ask him who his manager is and he tells me he is. He then keeps yelling at me and I inform him to have a good day, he just keeps yelling back saying I did this once before????? I have never been treated in this manner by any employee of any business and there was no good reason for it. I have had minor issues there in the past but for some reason keep going there occasionally. This is the last time I will ever use this station and I encourage others who use this site to also avoid it. I intend to file a complaint with the owner (this guy said go ahead the owner is "Ed McMann") and BP themselves. Its no wonder that the Kwik Trip down the road does so well. They would never treat their customers in that manner. I encourage other people to go there as well.

Nice, Convenient Gas Station on Silver Spring right next to Kohls Corporate. Easy in and out, Friendly, and Family-Owned! Great Car Wash and the Fresh Bakery muffins are really, really good!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The guy who opens in the morning decides when he will show up on time to open or not. Going to start going elsewhere to places that are open when they say they are open. This morning, he was there but obviously just got in yet leaves the door locked as if they were closed. Not a good way to run a business.
