I couldn't be happier with my bank. Jenny and Jamie are beyond wonderful, are so down to earth and help and guide me in such a comfortable financial fashion. They truly are wonderful ladies and I couldn't ask for better customer service, and one on one relations, they truly care. Thank you!

Not fond. Use them since sister died, her accounts were there. They were not helpful before her death to explain process that happens after death to help us make better decisions nor were the helpful after her death to process the accounts and debit card my sister had with them. Charged the estate fees on debt/credit card posting when the froze the accounts..

Our family has accounts at this location for many years. Yesterday, my brother went to the bank to cash a check for my 88 year old, legally blind mother, who banks at this location. The teller requested a $10.00 charge because he was not a customer of the bank. He explained he was the son of the customer and shared the same last name also explaining her age and being legally blind. The teller would not budge, so my brother ran home to bring my Mom to the bank. The check was cashed for no fee. It was not the $10.00 charge, it was the principle of the matter trying to extract a fee with no consideration of the circumstances. We will be closing all business with BMO Harris Bank. We advise others in the community to evaluate this location's level of service.

It's Saturday and your atm has no money nor did it have money on Friday night and then you charge 3 dollar fee when we have to use a non bmo atm that's bad buisness
