Had the battery in my mom's watch replaced. Both team members were fantastic dealing with the full lobby of customers at the time. Shawn helped me specifically, and he was fantastic. He was a pleasure to chat with as he quickly replaced the battery. Excellent job. Definitely going back should I need their services again.

I came in to change out my battery on my phone. Sean at the store did a great job. The process took about 10 minutes. He was very nice, had a good attitude, and cared. A good hire by the company. Will be back if i ever have battery issues again.

I have been well treated at this particular Batteries Plus location for 25+ years. They are always courteous and helpful with knowledgable techs and good inventory of batteries. Always recommend the place to family and friends.

We dropped my sons phone off to replace the front screen. During pickup they only showed us the front screen and they were cautious not to show us the back. After getting back in the car, we realized the back glass was severely damaged which we were pretty sure was not the case initially. We went back in and questioned them and they claimed it was like that before. What was also strange was while we were checking out with the gentlemen who initially helped us, the manager came and yelled at him to go work on a tablet in back while he was with a customer/us and I thought that was quite rude. The manager then proceeded to leave slamming the door which is very unprofessional. Because of this I was hesitant to have any confrontation with them as he was super cranky looking when we came back in. Additionally we never received any call about the status of the phone or asking us if we wanted to proceed since the back was also shattered, nor did we ever revive a copy of the paperwork. Needless to say, we will never be going back here and will make sure no one we know ever does!

I scheduled an appointment online to have my phone repaired. I was able to get a same-day appointment and was greeted in the store with no wait at all. The two staff members I interacted with were courteous and knowledgable. I was pleased to get my phone working on the same day. I spent much less than I would have if I'd had the work done through my cell carrier! Definitely recommend this store based on my positive experience!

On the Battery Plus web site I paid less for the battery. When I picked it up I only got $20 for the 10% discount and I was to get $29. I was charged $13 for a SLA core charge and ended up getting $4. They told me to come to the store for the adjustment, but did not give it to me. I live 35 miles from the store and was ferrous. The employee was nice but always had and excuse and agreed I was overcharged. The employee told me the manager on duty, the next day of work, would resolve the problem. The next day I called the store manager and he would not give me the money I was overcharged. He said this is a corporate issue. I an extremely frustrated that no body can resolve the over charge payment. I may have to call the credit card company to resolve this since you will not. And to think I spent $300 on a battery and was treated so poorly.
