Poor way of answering the phone. Never been treated that way and then the sarcasm in the persons voice was unbelievable. Worst service I have received from a AutoZone.

Ordered a rotor/pad kit from AutoZone online and the manufacturer kitted up the wrong pads with the correct rotors. Normally that means returning everything and reordering. Cue Perry and Keanna at Menomonee Falls AutoZone. They had the correct pads from a different manufacturer on hand and just switched them out on the spot. Was talking with a woman on the phone there about getting them to change my battery but came up with every excuse to not work on it. Ended up going to the store to install a new battery myself while I was checking out the same woman was getting in a verbal altercation with another customer. She did cuss at her. Then while working on my old battery to get a part off. She was talking about how later that day she has to change a battery out for a customer. Overall very rude and unprofessional. A guy named Perry who worked there was awesome! Only reason I get it a 2

Andrew Lim is a very helpful and Dedicated employee to his job at Auto Zone. He assisted in a new car battery and very willing and helpful associate. I believe he is also affiliated with Hartford WI. Ordered a transmission and they took my order and money and 4 weeks later and alot of aggravation they cancelled the order said they couldn't supply the transmission

EXavier tested my car battery, offered to remove it (which was not easy) and charge it in house vs me having to drive for an hour to have the alternator hopefully charge up the battery. He came back and confirmed the battery was still good and needed about 1/2 a charge. He then installed it back in my car. All free of charge and with a great attitude. Terrific service. Will go back for all my auto needs

Andrew is AMAZING!!! From out of state and had a bad battery. He exchanged the battery for one I actually needed and also let me know he seen some things that might drain my battery or be a concern. That man is a HUGE asset to the store!!! To be honest I have been all over the country coast to coast north and south. Like Florida, Alaska, California, and New York!! He’s the BEST I have ever had! Just AMAZING!!!
