Monday they repaired my tire while I waited. Tuesday the tire was losing more air, so I went back. They put in a larger plug. They did not charge me for the 2nd visit. They are always polite and cost is reasonable.

My second visit, the first was maintenance oil change (using their welcome to the area coupon) and checking a wheel problem. I can say this time was more satisfying than the first. They are courteous professional and honest! The problem with the wheel was taken care of by my tire company at a discount (this at the suggestion of American Import since i had purchased tires from the tire company). And the analysis this time of the keyless fob issue was discovered and fixed in record time! Mind you my previous mechanic of 8 years at the dealership had claimed that both problems were different causes at outrageous costs. I knew then it was time for a change. This review could be titled "Believe Every 5 star rating for American Imports!"
