Staff is friendly...but the store is filthy. As I waited for my shots I looked around...the floors are absolutely disgusting. This is right at the pharmacy door. It's terrible.

I've quite literally been without my anxiety meds for like 5 days now all because "the pharmacist isn't on duty", I tried getting them twice now during the hours they were supposed to be open.

Slow service. Atleast in the pharmacy. Horrible pharmacy hours too. The drive thru makes it seem like it will be quick.but thats just an illusion. Not the friendliest couple people that work in there either. Some are but there are a couple that are just unpleasant. Straight up.

Horrible pharmacy hours. Drive over there half the time they're closed, and 9a to 6p? How are people supposed to get prescriptions when most people work 9 to 5 jobs some even work later, they definitely don't make it easy to get your prescription. Are people supposed to take off work just to get there percriptions. We are going to definitely be changing pharmacies! Also shouldn't be closed on weekends if you're closing during the week at 6pm! I get short staffed but then be a better competition for other companies clearly yall need to do something because I'm jot the only one with these issues.

I would suggest using another photo location. Multiple times now this location has not had the necessary materials to complete photo orders. They didn't have ink and were not able to find it anywhere because they have old equipment. Oh well, it happens. Now, just one month later I put in another order, and it turns out the store also does not have the standard photo size 4x6 paper. It's primarily frustrating because the website/app says nothing. I would hope for the item not being available, or even something along the lines of "We're sorry, the store you are trying to order with seems to be out of paper/ink, would you like to order from another store?". Advertised as same day pick up, I call to see if my order is ready a day later, I am informed the needed materials are not available and won't be until Monday. I decided to call around and it turns out the other stores nearby are stocked up and are able to fulfill my order in less than 11 minutes, way better than 5 days. Sticking with the S Commercial Street location for my future photo needs hopefully.

They have my daughters insurance on file but decided to charge me I told her why you have it on file. She said it didn’t cover that one, I questioned it and went back to the actual pharmacist had to refund me because she couldn’t look where it should be right on her file. Then I just went recently and it’s the same young girl snobby attitude she’s the younger newest girl their, they called said it was ready for pick up so I go to pick it up and she said you never came so we put it back already. I express to her that I’ll just be taking my whole families medications to a different Walgreens. I also had a technician say she can’t pull up my daughters acc because I’m not her do I remind you she is 1 years old, and I’m her father. The staff here is very undertrained as well as rude.

Manager at the store right now 12/26/2022 10am., was a very rude person when we had concerns about the price of an item we were purchasing. The cashier asked for the manager and when she got there her first comment to us was " I bet when I go look at this its going to say must download coupon online to get the price" She said it so rudely and like a complete B----. Last time I will ever step foot in that store again.
