If you can't staff this location then close it! What a joke that patients just getting done with chemo are standing in line for over an hour and then they never have the prescription ready. Hours are Terrible. How is anyone supposed to get there from 9 to 6 when most people are working those same hours! Just close already!!

Manager at the store right now 12/26/2022 10am., was a very rude person when we had concerns about the price of an item we were purchasing. The cashier asked for the manager and when she got there her first comment to us was " I bet when I go look at this its going to say must download coupon online to get the price" She said it so rudely and like a complete B----. Last time I will ever step foot in that store again.

This particular Walgreens location, on Racine Street in Menasha, is terrible. If you’re looking for your prescription to be filled on time or for clear communication, do not go to this pharmacy. It’s been very frustrating making multiple trips to the pharmacy for the same script. I’ve signed up text alerts but even then I’ve had issues.

I had a Dr appointment on the 2nd of May and she filled several meds including two inhaler that I absolutely need. It's now the 4th and they still havent filled it with no word when I'm going to to get my meds. I will NEVER use this Walgreen again

They had the Covid booster. Nice pharmacist. Other Walgreens were out. Very easy procedure.

Very disappointed to learn today that my Claritin D would no longer be available at the drive through. I'm immune compromised and immune suppressed, so avoid going into public places even though I'm vaccinated. Studies have shown that those of us on methotrexate and biologics don't get the same level of protection from the vaccines, and I don't trust that all those who are not masked I could come into contact with are vaccinated. I expected better from my local pharmacy whose should encourage public health protocols.

Went in for the ADVERTISED sale of buy one get one 50% off Walgreens brand Benadryl. When I went to the store Kim B the manager refused to give me the advertised price. She would only allow me to purchase 1 box of 24 tablets. She was very rude and not very pleasant to work with. She blamed it on corporate. When I called corporate they said that was not the case and that I should have been able to receive two boxes. Corporate went above and beyond to get my issue resolved so I appreciate them. This store just doesn’t know what they are doing and is not up to date on their policies.
