Outside technicians showed up as planned and we're respectful of my yard to bury the cable line. Our in house technician ( Melvin ) was also very respectful, polite and cleaned up after. He walked us through the setup very easily with the router and app on our phones. So far we are enjoying the fast fiber internet. Thank you TDS.

TDS replaced Spectrum over half the cost and 2+x's the WIFI speed. We had to wait a couple of months from sign up to install. The fiberoptic cable was buried where we wanted it and installed into the house told. All the promised communications made did not happen. But the long, quite wait, was worth it. Do buy your own router and install it yourself and save $144/year.

Both outside and inside technicians, were respectable, efficient and knowledgeable. We were ready to go in 15 minutes. So far things are great!

Faster internet and my price is locked for life time. as of now, love it, but in the future if any go wrong with promising I could change my review any time.

The internet service is actually ok, however, their billing department and the contractors that buried the line are another story. When they first came to bury the line, they cut the Spectrum line. Because of that, I held off on installing service for a while.When I finally decided to give their service a shot, I was talked into a 3 month deal where I was told I’d get free internet and basic tv for free. All I’d be required to pay was taxes and rental of the equipment. That was not the case. When I got the bill, I immediately went to a local location to work out the issue and cancel the tv service, and downgrade the internet. That would have made my bill under somewhere around $50-$60. The next month, I got a bill for almost $170. I again took the bill in to the local location where the rep informed me there was an error. Again, I thought we worked through it. She gave me a credit, and we also cancelled the auto pay. I was told with the credit, I shouldn’t have anything to pay until Dec. Today, even after the auto pay was canceled, they took $167. I should not have owed anything. I’m currently on hold with them trying to work this issue out…AGAIN. If I have to call for a 4th time, it will be to cancel service, and go somewhere else.

Switched to TDS because I was tired of the constant price increases from Spectrum. Had been streaming for a couple years so I decided to try TDS tv/internet package. Turns out they have very few more things available to watch than when I was streaming/antenna . I called and canceled the tv portion of my service and in turn they jacked my internet service up $20 a month. I’m supposed to be getting 1 gig down & up but I rarely get over 600 megabytes. So the first chance TDS got to jack up the price, they jumped in with both feet. Kind of sorry I switched. Same old story, different company.

We had problems with Spectrum, so we switched to TDS. A very pleasant technician (Eric) arrived and set up our service. He walked us through our part and we are good to go! It's less expensive and customer service is better. What's not to like!

TDS service is outstanding!HOWEVER, there were the obvious issues with the contracting crew (White) they used to bury all of the underground lines in the front yards (in Darboy). It seems that most people have complained of them so I will get to the concern that really matters. The installation contractor who showed up was in an unmarked vehicle, with no uniform, no badge (indicating who he works for), and no paperwork (job order, contract, receipt) to give me showing what I signed up for, who installed my service, prices, terms, conditions, fees…When I asked about this, I was told I would receive an email. I have to receive!As mentioned above, the service itself it outstanding, but the service received all of the way through the install has been horrible!

I have been told 3 separate dates that TDS is going to hook my tv and internet up. All 3 have been lies today the third day they y called me and tell me they can't hook it up again because they haven't ran the fiber optic cable to my house yet (there job)! I was told someone has to be home for them to hook up so I took a day off work to stay home and be there for them to hook me up. They couldn't now I have to take a forth day off for them to hook up and they can't give me a date.

Actually getting service as promised and more. Purchased 500 and getting 600+ speeds. Staff very professional and pleasant. Speaks highly of company and benefits.

I called into TDS to remove the cable service on my account. Spoke with Chrisann and experienced the worst customer service. When I asked to speak with a manager as she could not help me the phone went silent for a few minutes. When she came back to the line I asked what happened and she said her phone had to reboot. I then proceeded to ask for her name and again she muted herself. I then hung up and called back. Got a different rep Jason who provided excellent service. He spoke with his manager regarding my issue and then proceeded to fix it. Highly recommend Jason for his customer service. Just making it aware at how horrible the service was from Chrisann. I want to enjoy TDS as the internet seems fast and introductory price was right but seems like some people you speak to are not helpful or provide inaccurate information.

Noticed a difference immediately from our old service provider. The speed and technology are incredible!!! The install tech was super friendly and explained how easy everything was to work.

Super friendly and knowledgeable technician (Keith)was on time for his appointment and was very nice. He installed everything and walked us through setting up all of our devices on the app and connected everything to the WIFI. I was spending almost $190 a month with Spectrum (and climbing) for way slower internet...now I'm price-locked with TDS for life at 1G for less than $90 a month. Thanks for making the switch such an easy and pleasant experience. Also thanks for bringing back affordable SUPER FAST Internet. My 4k TV thanks you as well...WOW. My Ultra HD Movies on Netflix are amazing too. No more lagging when I play PS5 either.
