I have been a customer for over a year. Recently had surgery on my leg and couldn't drive. I called Tail Waggers and asked if they could pick up my dog and drop him off due to my circumstances. The manager Sarah came and picked up Bane and dropped him off in the evening. I cannot thank the Tail Waggers team enough. The little things really do matter. Thank you, Sarah and the TW team.

Not a good place to take you dogs, if anything happens will be treated badly. Owners care only about themselves and money. ZERO STARS!

Needless to say, we love this tailwaggers location. Our pups are a huge indicator on wether or not they enjoy a place and they love going to daycare. I don't mind if any of the workers ever know my name, because they know our pups by heart and that's all that matters to me. Can't say enough about this place. We're very thankful for everything they do.

Rude people from the workers I talked to and the management. But ig you can't teach stupid. Didn't trim my dogs nails or bush him out. I have a husky and if you don't brush his but neck and undercoat you can tell. I had to bush him for hours after he was "groomed". I used to work as a dog groomer and this is the worst place I've ever been to.

Been bringing my boys here for around 12 years. They treat my boys as if they are theirs. When my oldest passed you could see the sadness in their hearts as they loved him as much as I did. Will continue to bring my boys here until I can't any more.

We had been taking our dog here for years and always bought a package of daycare visits to save a little money and so we don't have to pay on every visit. When COVID hit, like most, we kept our dog at home because we were working from home.When we finally went back I was told our visits that we prepaid for had expired. So hundreds of dollars down the drain. After going there for years. I asked to talk to the manager, which I did. She told me that's their policy and there's nothing they can do about it. I said that is very disappointing and unreasonable given the circumstances.I told the manager out of principal we will never bring our dog here ever again if we can't use the visits we paid for. And us not taking him there EVERY week will result in a lot more lost revenue than if she just allowed us to use the visits we already paid for. She wouldn't budge and we haven't been back, nor will we.

This place has gone down a hill over the years, beware the management and their policies are nothing about the customer and everything about money in their pocket! STAY AWAY and find another place in the area as there are many more!

We were frequent daycare/boarding customers till we moved out-of-state. Came to visit family and boarded our lab and he knew exactly where he was going! Always a pleasure! They were also able to accommodate last minute nail trim, thank you again! Zeke is looking forward to his long stay later this year.
