“Amazing experience! The receptionist ladies are extremely nice and helpful, the nurses and doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had both our cats spayed and the process had been swift and amazing for our furry babies. I have nothing bad to say about this clinic! We will continue to come here!”
“Phenomenal! The best in the area. Super clean and healthy pet options. Many unique & exotic animals. Brady (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable (along with great employees), and caring to the store animals and environment. Very clean and chill ambience. Reputable breeders of fish, invertebrates, reptiles, and more. Plenty of feeding options, supplies, live plants, set ups, etc. They will special order any unique item or live food you may desire (such as wax worms and bottle flies, roaches...anything really). Locally made pet cleaners are featured here that are friendly to the ? ✌?

“Bought this vision cage for my Radiated tortoises when they outgrew their old enclosure and it was the best decision! It maintains humidity well while hiding the lights in the back of the enclosure, making it look clean with the tortoises being the focal point. It’s very easy to clean and heavy duty, so I have no doubt it will last quite a long time. Very impressed with vision cages quality and will definitely buy another once our other tortoises out grow their enclosures as well!”

“I met Jon Peter when I managed another rescue. Over time, we developed a working relationship which then grew to being a customer and a volunteer. I mentioned that I had been looking for a large bird, with talking abilities for a few years. On a random Saturday afternoon, I made the 2 hour drive for some supplies…and these two babies came in as a surrender. I told Jon I would sell my kidney to get my husband the perfect birthday present! Jon and I had this in the works while they were on the holding period. It was hard to keep a secret, but I brought my husband to see the birds for 3 visits. Jon helped us with preparation, provided supplies, gave us contact for the vet, and answered many questions! Jon made a dream come true for our family, we can’t thank him enough! Jon even got to hold Marley (Scarlet), while putting her in her bird carrier. I could go on and on about J&R! From the bottom of my family’s heart, thank you!”

“I'm going to share a little diddy about getting a couple of enclosures from Custom Cages. I call them enclosures but in reality, these are displays, like super legit showcases for your pets. So to call them enclosures seems a bit dirty. The order went very smooth, we knew pretty much what we wanted so the process was fairly painless. I was told the they would ship in about 4-5 weeks. To my surprise they shipped in just 2 weeks. I got the confirmation email.... took a double take on the shipment....yep my eyes saw that correct, 17 boxes!! 17! They arrived in great shape and sat in the dining room for a few days as we gathered ourselves for what was going to be a long journey. Sunday morning rolls around and our son asked if we wanted to put them together....deep breath, "Sure". We unboxed an ungodly amount of product and neatly organized everything. OK, 4 people, 2 Displays.... and all day. yep. After a few take backs because I didn't follow the instructions well, the displays were up and looking fine! 8 hours, 4 people and every second was worth it. Imagine having adult legos and having the whole family gather around and build together. It was sunday church but we engaged with each other. Thank you Custom Cages for the glorious displays for our beardies and for the much needed family time you guys facilitated for us. You guys are a 10 star easy.”

“Any business that takes care of its locals has my business for sure. Very friendly staff and 4 legged greeters, always helpful and bring large food bags to vehicle for you if you want. I even asked about a rug and the owner ordered them for me before my next stop for food purchase! Good prices, competitive and did I mention the love from the 4 legged greeter!”

“I shop for aquarium supplies here, and they generally have anything I need. I just wish the snails could be gotten under control a little better. I take extra care when getting fish, and sometimes I still wind up with snails in my tank anyway. But that issue is prevalent with most pet stores, so I can't be too upset about it.”
“Without the help of the owner, I would be lost, when I was a newbie, day one, he kindly educated me about saltwater care and the proper nitrogen cycle, and gave me the foundation I needed to start my tank. It’s now fully cycled, and sustaining life well, the owner left a lasting impression on me that I’ll remember for the rest of my life. I feel supported knowing that I can call the store if I have something major go wrong in the future. I will definitely be back, to purchase fish and inverts in the future. If it wasn’t for his help, and guidance on exactly what to do, I wouldn’t have been successful.So to whomever is reading this, and is a newbie like I was, this man will help you. Just take his advice clearly, and FOLLOW IT. He’s a marine biologist, he knows what he’s doing, and I couldn’t be happier with the things I purchased from him, my dried rock now had diatoms growing, everything he sells is top tier. If he doesn’t sell it, don’t use it… I learned my lesson with the Fluval sea hydrometer, and should have gotten the instant ocean one he sold instead. Mine doesn’t work now, but I have a proper refractometer, so it’s okay. He taught me to research EVERYTHING throughly and find out WHY things are the way they are before doing ANYTHING. Super grateful.”

“The staff here are amazing! I brought my dog into today and they were just so sweet to him. Poor guy may have testicular cancer so we had to get him a cone and the staff were very helpful and kind to him. Truly appreciate the staff here. Even though he's not feeling his best he was very happy and enjoyed the extra attention. I'm very thankful and truly recommend this store to anyone with a dog”
“I've read reviews here on Google review saying that the employees are rude. We live very close to this location and stop in to pick up our dog food among other things pretty often. I love going into the store in the spring and seeing the baby chick's. In the three years that we've been going here we have never once had a bad encounter, in fact every time we leave the store we always comment on how nice everyone is. I wish all stores were this friendly and helpful.”
