Andrew greeted us at the door and let us know he would be there if we had any questions so we actually had some time to look around and consider our options and narrow down our search a little. We then called Andrew over and he was able to help us with color/fabric and then helped us decide how many pieces of our sectional we could fit in our space. “Visited a big name competitor first, they were helpful but when we got to Mattress Firm it was a much more straight forward experience. Jake gave the more details about the brands and what to expect with each. We have a waterbed frame and wanted to move away from that. He gave us the perfect option and a bit of discount as well. Please know that the mattress manufacturer sets the price so look for the experience and service offered.”

“We needed warranty work on our Smith Bros motorized reclining sectional; we purchased it at a now-closed local furniture store, and Smith Bros said we had to go through AHG.Todd and his employees were nothing but 100% kind and helpful from day one, even when Smith Bros didn't fully come through for us. Todd did everything in his power to make our situation 100% correct and made sure we were satisfied (I mean he didn't really HAVE to; we didn't purchase our furniture there). He even came out to our home, personally, to re-stuff two cushions that just weren't done right by Smith Bros.EVERY COMPANY should take note; this is how customer service should be! First class -- all the way from the store employees and Stuart at the warehouse to the wonderfully polite delivery guys.
