I just leased a 2018 F-150 From Medford Motors, Ken Zittlow was my sales person. It took a few weeks to find the truck that fit me, Ken was very patient and very professional in working with me. Once we found one Ken was very good on getting me all the cost estimates for me do make a good decision. When I picked up the Truck it was nice and clean full of gas and Ken explained all the features very well. So my experience with Medford Motors and Sale Person Ken Zittlow is a 5 Star. Thank You Ken.

Dear Management Team of Medford Motors and Ford Motor Company, First off, you should know we are solid Ford fans for over 40 years! We just purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from your facility, from Nick Lemke, last week, and want to take a moment to thank you, for your outstanding service, and the extraordinary treatment, and respect we were shown, by this young man. Medford is a bit further than I would've preferred, but when I researched used Ford Escapes, I was impressed with the ease of using your webpage, and the number of Escapes you had available, along with your pricing. Nick was not at all intimidating, or high pressure, which we had experienced in the past, from other dealerships. He was well informed of the vehicles capabilities, and was patient with instructing us on how everything worked, as we are pretty computer illiterate. In performing the oil change, on the day we closed the deal, your service department noted an axle seal leak. They didn't have to let us know that, but they did the right thing, and did, agreeing to repair it, with no cost to us. Nick actually came to our home town to meet me, and took the Escape back to the dealership for the repair, to save me time, which is critical for me, as I generally work about 50-60 hrs. a week. This speaks volumes of how impressive your customer service is. We are making sure to share this with anyone, and everyone, that will listen. Ask Nick, I am a talker!
