Great drivers very friendly and always
flexible. But the owner treats his drivers and patients like dogs. Not recommended. Also you never know who your driver is or what time they are picking you up unless you know the drivers personally and talk to them the day before

Drivers will often not show up or be late, and I will sometimes even need to call them to get a ride sent when it already should have been here.

Do not use this carrier for any services of loved ones. They dropped off my father at his home and knew he had fallen. They then left him alone instead of calling 911 and staying with him until professional medical help arrived. To make it worse, the owner then sent a nasty letter asking to be paid. My father was taken to the hospital after they left him and he never came home again.

They would not take my united healthcare. They want me to pay $120 in cash. They would take it if I was Clark county and Liveing Center in Owen wi.
