It's very courteous willing to listen willing to work with me with pricing not haggling, but if I don't get paid until Friday they're willing to wait until Friday for their money even though they do the work today and they allow me to drive off with the vehicle a lot of the mechanics around here doesn't have that trust I mean I trust them with my vehicle and they trust me with their money you just make sense. The above things may seem like standard practice at a GM dealership, but what set them apart, was that they provided the parts and labor for my Malibu free of charge, even though my vehicle's warranty had recently expired. “Not done yet but my first experience is/was TOP NOTCH!!
A few months later and we are done! I know it was going to take time to have my 25yr old Bosch injector rebuilt so the two month wait was no problem at all. All in All it was a joy / experience to work with Krugs! I must say with a front man/employee like Jason they are the best in my book.. NOTE every one there was very "small town" friendly!!”
