“Top service all around!I called in July for pricing, and they were transparent about what to expect. They were booked out to early August so I set an appointment but asked them to put me on a cancelation list. They followed through and called me last week and got me in on short notice for July 27th. I am very impressed with the interpersonal communication of all staff and their love for fur babies!My sweet babies felt so comfortable during their appointment because they were given time to adjust and settle in.”

“I’ve been going to Chalet for going on 2 yrs. They are very kind and understanding. Last year I lost my puppy Bella unexpectedly. When I found my puppy unresponsive I rushed into chalet and they tried their best to save her. They were so empathetic and tried to console me. Obviously I was a wreck but they did their best to help me with her loss even gave me and my sons paw prints of my Bella. They are awesome . Now they see my 2 puppy’s and still the best with them.”

“My pup started a really bad cough almost over night - honking, wheezing, coughing up foam. It made for a rough night, and of course, as a big snow storm started. While other vets closed, Deer Grove got us in first thing in the morning. Got her checked out to ensure there were no major concerns beyond kennel cough. Got her some medications to ease symptoms and she’s finally able to get some rest. Otherwise she would have had to wait it out over the weekend. The staff was kind, so sweet with her and really helpful in answering my questions. Thank you Deer Grove clinic!”

“Dog had been sick and our regular vet couldn't get her in. Recommended we go to emergency clinic in Madison. We called village animal clinic and they got us in that same day. Staff and Vet were very thorough, gave us some meds and assured us she would be well soon. We quit our clinic and had all records moved to VAC.”

She consulted with another vet, thought about it after we left the clinic, then reached out asking if we could come back the next day for a follow up no charge X-ray. She was going to be out of the office, but arranged for another vet to do the 2nd X-ray. What fabulous care! Thank you!”
“My cat has been having health issues for years but each vet I've taken her to in the past would maybe do a few tests, tell me nothing is wrong, and then send me on my way. Citywide pet clinic was the first vet out of many who seemed to take my concerns seriously and do tests that clinics in the past never offered. They found an issue and started her on medication that has greatly improved her quality of life. She is no longer suffering and neither am I.”

Melissa who greets us when we arrive is friendly and caring. And the resident clinic animals (sweet Siamese kitty and African grey parrot) are delightful additions. They are all so supportive and helpful as we navigate end of life care for my sweet older dog. I’m so glad we have them!”

“Oregon vet is THE best. I have nothing but the best to say about them. They are always careful, respectful, and know what they are doing. Unlike other vets, they always take the time to explain all the options available.When Stoughton gave up, and UW said my cat may have a year at a cost of $2500. Oregon vet (Dr Stevens) gave me 5 additional years at a cost of $700. They gave me options other places did not.”
“Our dog Josie recently reached a huge milestone. She celebrated her 15th birthday on December 6th, 2023. When Josie was one year old she went for a checkup with our local veterinarian. Our doctor detected a heart defect. After some testing we were told Josie would not live much beyond 2 years. We were devastated. My husband asked for an appointment at Iowa State University's Veterinary College of Medicine, the only college of veterinary medicine in our state. My husband attended the appointment and was given the same grim diagnosis. He pushed to have Josie evaluated one more time at another University Veterinary School. Within a few days he received a call from University of Wisconsin Madison Veterinary School. They would be willing to evaluate Josie. It was decided she would have a surgical procedure but the outcome was not a guarantee. The staff at U of W Madison were absolutely AMAZING!! And because of them, our little girl is 15 years old!!!”

“I am a new client, 4 lakes was recommended to me for my cat. I absolutely loved the vet, the vet assistant, and their reception staff. They were all wonderful, great with my nervous animal, and I felt very comfortable speaking with them. They listened throughly to the details I gave and provided solutions or explanations to all the things I brought up. And the pricing was really really good. I actually wish that my doctors were as good at caring for humans as these ladies are at caring for animals. I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could!”
