I worked with Joe (who was in training) at the US Cellular in McFarland, and he was fabulous and so friendly! He helped me with setting up 2 tablets to have a direct line on them and just made it so easy. Honestly, the best experience I’ve had at a US Cellular. The rest of the staff were super friendly too, just overall a good vibe and experience. For being in training, he was super knowledgeable and seemed like he had been doing this for a while. Thank you, Joe!!

Corey was amazing to work with! The store was busy and he was the only one here. He greeted us upon entering, kept us updated on how many customers were before and approximately how long it would take to help us. He was kind, patient and helpful with all of the customers(including)he helped while we were there!

Tray and Dakota are absolute gems! They were both so kind and patient throughout my whole experience, taking time to answer all of my many questions. Couldn’t recommend either of them or McFarland US Cellular more!

Michelle and Clara deserve a big raise! They were both willing to take as much time and effort as needed to resolve my phone service issues. They always have a constant stream of people coming in the door they have to juggle and they did it with so well. It was reassuring that they were so knowledgeable and caring and able to think outside of the box. They definitely go above and beyond!

was attacked verbally by a raunchy lady with curly hair and glasses. couldn't get a word in before we were pushed out the door. she should find a new job, customer service isn't for her obviously. wouldn't reccomend to anyone, because of this specific lady!
