Decent for a quick clean, top level wash did okay with getting a layer off but definitely not as good as a car wash that isn't touch free. Appreciate having this in town none the less.

**Update: the owner contacted me right away and mentioned they are working on resolving the issue. They are going to get me a rewash code when they're back in the office.**
Went through the middle touchless stall and after coming out of the dryer I had soap all over both sides of my truck. Seemed to be a little worse on the right side.

This is my go to do it yourself carwash. If you have time, you can spend the same money you would spend on the automated wash, and get a much better, deeper clean using the self wash.....including the vacuum.I usually bring my own towels and spend about $10-15.

Great customer service! A new owner contacted me asking what went wrong that I initially gave only 3 stars & saying they want happy customers. I couldn't help much with why my rating was initially low (couldn't remember). But they gave me a free wash, so I'll definitely be returning.

Very clean car wash. Brushes are clean. Full of soap. Spray nossle works good. Best one I've been to in Madison. Had a problem w the credit card machine over charging me but the owner called me back and refunded the difference with no Hassell.

Broken down first three times I went. Doesn't dry the car very well. Have to dry areas when I get home. Hopefully thing will get better.

Super grateful to have a carwash in our community that strives to deliver on an exceptional carwash and customer service! As life has it, things don’t always go right ~ the owner is super responsive and even washed my car manually following up with a code for a free carwash my next visit. I cancelled my monthly car wash membership and making this my new go to for a clean car!

Nice car wash. Used the automatic soft-touch. There weren't a lot of suds, but the car came ot clean and that was the goal. I will definitely use them again.

New ownership took over mid 2022 and this wash is full of rainbows and butterflies! If you had a poor experience under previous management (like me) you will appreciate the upgrades that have been made.
