“Staff is hit or miss as they can be a little bit moody at times, (I normally just use the self checkouts anyway), but the store is not horrible like people say. Its just a normal grocery store. Nothing wrong with it at all. Can be expensive though, but they have deals all the time. Stop there quite a bit.”
“I love Trader Joe’s ! This location is often pretty busy and it’s a rather small location but they usually are very good about having a full stock of items and I usually do not have trouble finding anything. One word of caution, the underground parking garage is very very tight and small. Be extremely careful entering and exciting.”

“Best prices N many glutton free N special diet options. Fruit always fresh. People are friendly N helpful. Organic prices the same as regular food prices. Bring a quarter to use the carts, returned when your done. Also bring bags or boxes as YoU bag them up yourself. GreaT values !!!”
“We hadn't visited in a while. Many improvements in the store and in the restaurant area. Cleaner overall. We bought groceries and ate dinner in the restaurant. The wait staff, Annissa, was beyond friendly and courteous! Very pleasant and hard working. We enjoyed the papaya salad, chicken laab, and pad see ew. All very tasty! If you are on the fence about the level of spice, go down. Medium (2) was a bit spicier than what we considered medium. But oh so good!”
“Ken's is a lovely local butcher shop. I have tried their stuffed pork chops, meatballs, deli sandwiches, and egg salad. Since McFarland doesn't have a butcher shop anymore it's nice to have Ken's close by.”

“Judging not by the problems encountered, but by the response then I can recommend Christine's Kitchen. I started this review months ago but picking back up. I thought to list with 2 stars but I am an ardent supporter and softy for small businesses so I'm glad I gave myself time and space from the hiccup before posting a review. 1) this umbrella organization provides plenty small eateries, individual cooks and home decor offerings a place to reach many with less effort 2) the location is right off E. Wash with a parking lot for easy access 3) order online and schedule a pickup 4) customer service really tries. I could go on about my incident but I respect the attempts at recovery more than I'd ever complain about the mix-up/failure/stumble. However you want to name it; nonetheless, I'd summarize with Nice concept but the pickup process failed while the service sincerely tries to correct and adapt which says more than anything to me. Why 4 stars and not 5? There's authentic room for improvement and I'm certain they'll get it as I've only had two visits to provide the average/mean while I hope anyone reading doesn't see 4 stars as failing but as a genuine review supporting their potential growth + honest interactions with me as a shopper.”
“They have a great assortment in their liquor department. I was looking for BeatBox Beverages and was able to find the largest assortment out of any store I've been to here! They currently have green apple, hard tea, pink lemonade, blue razzberry, fruit punch, juicy mango, tropical, peach punch, fresh watermelon, and cranberry dreams. These are my current favorite drink so I'll definitely be back to get more flavors!”
“Nothing better than an authentic neighborhood taqueria! The food is DELISH. My personal faves are the Tinga and Chorizo tacos. I’ve never had better chorizo… it must be house made! Perfect amount of spice and juiciness ?The service is also spectacular! Sometime we wait a little longer, but the food is worth it, as is the community feel. It’s a great date night pickup meal or even for the whole fam. One of the best parts of relocating to the Northside! ?”
“This is a good all around hole in the wall eats. Even as a vegetarian you can find a bite here, just remember that traditional re-fried beans are made with lard, so get black or pinto beans if its an option.Usually grab the family a pile of pastor tacos with cilantro and onion, can't go wrong getting them that. It isn't our favorite pastor recipe in town, but what it lacks, the amazing three different salsa's make up for that come with the food.”
“We go here for the deli. The Vietnamese sausages that are warm and ready to eat are delicious and a regular purchase for us. We've also tried other items from the deli such as the Pad Thai which are also great meals. This is also a grocery store which has some nice selections as well. The prices are affordable. The food and prices keep us coming back.”
“A great selection of food from local, organic farms, and their bulk section is wonderful. Employees are extremely approachable and have strong interpersonal skills. They have several programs and promotions to make this kind of shopping affordable for all income levels. I love shopping at a cooperative grocery that is owned and ran by the local community! “Fantastic Mexican supermarket off of Park St. Very friendly staff and a ton of great food options.They also have a small restaurant in the back making authentic Mexican food. I ordered the birria tacos and they were AMAZING. I will certainly be going back for more.After we ordered our food, we also went to the supermarket side and bought chips and we were able to bring them to our table an enjoy with the restaurant's salsa. Be prepared, it is legitimate salsa, so it has a nice, good spice to it!The store also seems to have a great meat counter and delicious looking produce.Gracias!”
“Whenever I visit Madison it's always a treat to shop at Jeny Street Market. They have such a fun variety of quality things to choose from. Yummy produce, tasty baked goods, lovely cheese and great eggs. The staff are always helpful and nice too!!”

“Freshly-made good-tasting breed every Wednesday. Frozen vegetables are very good. A little smelly in the back (fishy) due to their large stocks. Perfect place for Asian, Middle Eastern, and/or Mediterranean foods. Some nice people there.”
“Nice family run place. Cool Hmong Legacy handicraft items. We went for the boba and picked up a few grocery items. Some dessert drinks were pretty nice but the actual "boba" was pretty plain. We prefer soft and tasty like honey boba, but that's not what they carry there.”

“So happy to have this store open! I have been to the Sun Prairie location, and this (in the empty spot of the old Whole Foods) is a great addition to the central part of Madison.While it does headline 'International Foods' there are also many domestic brands, and produce. I think it might also have the best Gluten Free selection of food in town I have seen as well. The staff at checkout mentioned that hot foods like gyros will be coming soon too.”
