I had a fantastic experience with CTW and would choose them again in a second for any of my flooring needs. I had carpet ripped out and new laminate put in to my condo. I worked with Seth and he did a very good job of explaining my options, and he was patient with me as I had to wait a couple weeks to get the go ahead from my HOA to proceed on my changes. He was also very quick to respond to any of my emails. The day of installation went very smooth, the installers did a great job and got the job done early! I don't think my experience could have been any smoother.

Love CTW. After struggling to find the type and color of carpet we were hoping for, we couldn't be more pleased with the one Amy suggested. Best aspect of this project was our installer, Keith, who was a perfectionist in his attention to detail and a pleasure to have in our home. Wouldn't even shop around if we had a next time. Just head to CTW for pleasant, knowledgeable service, huge selection, and a great final result.

Fantastic customer service and installation for a second time. I arranged with Jeff to measure my daughter’s home for new carpet for entire house, Merry Xmas early Jen! Thank you to all CTW employees!
Jeff Howery had the perfect suggestions for carpet for our Door County condo. The sample color swatches he ordered in helped greatly with the final selection. Carpet was ordered and delivered to CTW in less than two weeks, cut to specifications, and delivered to the condo! This was the second condo in which Jeff assisted.
Personable, pleasant, detailed information all wrapped up into one great flooring salesperson. Thank you.

I Wanted to share my great experience working with CTW flooring and cabinets - Seth, Samantha and their crews - on a large home improvement project that I had to manage remotely (from Atlanta) , and within an extremely tight time-frame and budget. As a project manager and designer I have high expectations......Seth and Samantha delivered, and were prompt, informative, communicative, responsive, and always on top of the project and time-lines. Everyone was truly professional and knew their product offerings and how to address my needs for this re-model. We ended up with a beautiful result, professionally installed, and within the time-line we planned - that is remarkable considering current demands for contractors and their already busy schedules! If you want the best possible experience with puchasing and installing new floors, you have to work with Seth at CTW Abbey. He is professional, helpful, knowledgable, and wonderful to work with. We had 3 (yes 3!) layers of flooring taken out and the new floor looks wonderful. Everything about our experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!

I made the mistake of calling Home Depot first, which had an install timing of five weeks out. Since I am listing my home for sale, I needed something sooner and likely better quality than what we found at HD. CTW had installed the carpet in our home when it was built, and I can see what the builder chose them.
In comes my hero, Andrew, who comes out to my house the next day, brings samples, gets it ordered within a day, and has my install scheduled within two weeks. Better quality than HD, less expensive, and better pads.
Absolutely saved my butt - not to mention Andrew is just a cool dude, but he got me out of my jam and had a smile on his face the whole time. Professional, efficient, and an all around great guy.
