I've been a customer for several years. Tammy has styled my hair for quite a while and always does an excellent job. She and all the other stylists at the shop are always pleasant and professional.

Showed up a few minutes prior to me and spouses haircut appointment. Never received a greeting of any kind although Anthony and another associate were standing behind the counter and saw us come in. One stylist took my wife but I was left cooling my heals. Anthony busied himself with Christmas decorations and walked passed me several times. Still, no greeting or acknowledgement. We have gone to this Cost Cutters for the past year and for the most part have had good cuts. While my wife was getting her hair cut I told her I was leaving and went to wait for her in the car. I can't remember the last time I have been so blandantly ignored in a place of business. Never, ever setting foot in a Cost Cutters again. Taking our business elsewhere. Too bad there isn't a rating for zero.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Similar to some of the other reviews I have read about this place, their tanning rooms are absolutely disgusting. I’m truly not sure how this business is still operating as the four times I’ve came, their front desk person is nearly asleep and not a single other customer in sight. I purchased 10 tans as the only place in town, and unfortunately cannot finish Out if I wanted to because after my fourth tan I had lost my piece of paper They log Tans on instead of using a computer system, like every other place I had been to.

I purchased a unlimited tanning package here just because it’s closer to me. I have seen the glittery craft pieces(which is hard to see in pic) and dust and hair in the this room the last week. Mirrors are dirty. For me a piece of mind that things are clean when I go in are very important for me. I’m going to be cleaning the bed before I go in from here. If half star could be given that would be the rating. I understand short staff etc. an extra 5 minutes wouldn’t hurt.

The hairdresser Anthony showed up late...That was a red flag!!! .... I should have walked out.He butchered my hair! I've been his client before and he acted like he didn't know me....Red flags red flags everywhere. I didn't payNow I'm beyond embarrassed, FEEL UGLY AND USED and hurt and have to wait for this to grow out.......I can't go back.
