Do not recommend this storage unit facility. They were supposed to send me a copy of the agreement contract but it was never sent to me and I never signed it. Not very responsive after they got my debit card information. I gave my 30 day notice via voicemail and asked that they respond to confirm they received it. They never responded. I had to keep following up on it. They charged me the full month price when it should have been prorated for half a month. They advised that I would be refunded once my belongings were moved out but after a month and a half later, I still have not received that refund.

The owners are excellent to work with. The improvements since they bought it, are very noticeable! Very great people!

We've been a customer of this unit for about two years and it's a nice facility. A few months ago the business changed ownership and I received a call from the new owner to update payment information. Very friendly and polite. Had a short conversation and asked what the best way to contact the business would be (previous owners were terribly difficult to get a hold of). He said to just call the number on the buildings as always and they will have the same business hours etc. This morning we contacted them to and got a response right away! Good to go.

It is a normal storage facility nothing fancy. It is on high ground and dry. It is a touch expensive. I needed a storage unit though and it will do.
