I am very content with my stylist and this business, but I have one comment. It looked like they overcharged me 70 cents. Yes, I felt like an idiot going in for a 70-cent credit. I was educated by staff that it was a 3 percent fee for using a credit card. They did have the policy in a photo frame at the front desk, but how many see that? Could they just let you know that when they swipe your card. I felt like a second-class citizen, no sorry for the misunderstanding. Had it been a line item on the receipt I would have understood, and not felt the need to waste my time and go in there.

I'm old. Wanted to get a young cut. Courtney was amazing and professional. It took over 3 hours but with all my requests she achieved all my wishes. My family saw it today and said I am going there. She was a breath of fresh air ?

We absolutely love our community of Mayville and Dodge county communities like Horicon, KeRoy, Teresa, Iron Ridge, and more. All very welcoming and Ethel remind me if my childhood routed in neighborhoods united in sports, community, all four season charming. The beautiful Rock River and more. We love it here.

My bridal party had our hair and makeup done there a few weeks ago for my wedding. We showed up with pictures for our hair so they would know exactly what we wanted. There were 6 of us. 2 of the girls hated their hair. Didn’t look like the pictures they provided. They had to keep redoing my hair because I kept telling them I didn’t like it. Looked NOTHING like the picture. The stylist was getting frustrated, sighed heavily and I could tell she was annoyed having to redo it. She kept telling me I didn’t have enough hair for what I wanted. But I’ve LITERALLY done my hair like that at home myself. Finally ended up with it looking half way decent. (Still not like the picture though) We then got our make up done. 3 out of us 6 girls completely washed it off after they left. It was so terrible! Looked like they were going to some off the wall beauty pageant. I almost cried on my way to the venue because I looked like a clown!! Picked up my makeup on the way so I could fix it when I got to the venue. I had to almost completely redo it. The entire experience was awful. From the hair, to the make up,to the customer service. I could have saved a ton of money had I just done it all myself. I just wanted to be pampered that day. I regretted it and will NEVER go back there for ANYTHING.Services: Makeup services

Made an appointment for a haircut. Asked for what stylist Ive seen, got there for my cut, had a new girl that just got hired not the stylist i asked for. Felt very uncomfortable.

By far the most uncomfortable haircut experience I have ever had. The stylist asked how I wanted it cut. I said short, but she left it like 5 inches all over. Cut hair was flung down directly on my face and eventually I closed my eyes, as this was done repeatedly for 15 min straight. It was 30 minutes of complete silence, except for the small coughs the stylist kept spewing directly onto my head?! I had long hair, so it was a big job. The only good thing I can say is that the stylist was very thorough in making sure it was all an even length. But I did say 3 inches long. After 20 minutes of cutting it and leaving it all 5 inches she asked if the length was alright, but by then I just wanted to be done. I only get a haircut once a year or sometimes even once every two years, so this was kind-of a disappointment. I felt so bad like this woman probably never gets repeat customers or she is new, so I gave her a ten dollar tip. I hope she does women's hair better than she does men's hair. I will find a barber shop next time. I have had good haircuts there before, but an experience like that sticks with you.Service: Haircut

Stylest did nothing I asked for and after she started checking me out she then seen she did nothing that was on the computer for me. Wont go back again.I was in and out in 6 minutes and thats including checking out.

Wasn't sure what to expect, one hair dresser spent 1 1/2 on one person in our party ? and still wanted to charge full price for a few curls and spritzes of spray?? The other stylist who had three of our party done and out on time within the same amount of time? Felt rushed, but the ladies were alright with the outcome I guess. If you decide to try it out, don't go with any expectations? And maybe book an earlier time if your not in a hurry. Not the best 1st experience, but try them out and decide for yourself.
