Went in a few months get new phone’s for me and the family and a iPad. They didn’t help us at all and find out today that my mom's iPad didn’t have a SIM card this whole time. Why I’m I paying all this money and I’m unable to use it.The last time I went to the Mauston location. I was waiting for almost 3 hours for someone to help me they take their sweet time.

Mel was amazing to work with. “Did we just become best friends”, ??. In all seriousness, I wish I hadn’t went to the Reedsburg location (only bc they had the pink iPhone for my daughter) because that lady really screwed things up. Mel went the extra mile for me, ensuring I was able to transfer my deceased mother’s voicemails that I’d never get back. I’ll definitely go out of my way to return to Mel in the future. Thanks girl!!

Ceci was simply outstanding. She took extra time in her day to set up both my wife’s and my own new phones. Explained every question we threw at her without hesitation and was extremely professional. She is a total asset to your organization.

I needed help setting up my new phone and when I walked in the store I was by greeted by Mel. She continued to help me with my issues. She spent about 45 minutes with me and was very professional and friendly with me the whole time. Mel is a huge asset to the company! If it was up to me I would give her a raise!! Thanks again Mel for all of your help!!

On Friday, 6/17/22, my phone quit charging. I went to the Mauston store, and Michael Small cleaned the port. Problem solved, or so I thought.A couple of hours later, the problem reappeared. I took the phone back again, and after a relatively short wait, Michael recognized me from earlier. He worked diligently to solve the problem a second time but was not having luck. He mentioned that I might need to get a new phone, which didn't thrill me. He also offered another possible remedy, giving me info on how to save money on a repair if it came to that, which was much appreciated. Finally, however, Michael was able to get the phone reset and working, and so far, things have been fine since then.Michael went above and beyond on both occasions. He was very personable and went WAY out of his way, making every effort to meet my needs. In a situation where he could have attempted to use my situation to try to make a sale, he instead found a solution to my problem.Your efforts were very greatly appreciated, Michael! Keep up the good work! I hope you're supervisor appreciates your work ethic as much as I do!!
