C.J. was our salesperson and he did a great job showing us all the new features on the Suburban. We just went in to get a couple keys made up and asked if they ever get in a Suburban. As it turned out, they had one there for us to look at and it had everything we were looking for a Suburban to have, especially flat storage when the seats were down (a definite plus) and the color white (just what we were looking for). C.J. showed us a lot of the other great features that our 2003 Suburban was lacking and some that our 2018 Tahoe had introduced us to. A great purchase.

I want a refund and you will read why. August 13, 2024 10:30 4 wheel alignment appointment. I pulled into the dock and stopped right in front of the service window and door. I thought to myself, this is good they can come out and get all that they might need. But an old man pointed me to move forward. I parked all the way to the other side of the building. I could see into the garage. I go to the service desk and
this old man now wanted my registration! After I asked why, another old man in plaid, who I saw in the garage, says to me, "To make sure you own the car!" I was stunned and became purely annoyed, now I am being called a liar. I say to the man at the computer who pointed at me to pull all the way to the other side of the building, "The Vin number is on the car!" This is the most unprofessional demeaning service I have ever received in my life. He makes a face of annoyance because now he has to work and now walk to the other side of the building. He asks, and I tell him how the car is behaving. He asks if I want a diagnostic, and I say no. I sit in the waiting room, and I do not hear other customers being asked for their registration upon coming in. Next, he calls to tell me they cannot do the alignment because the right ball joint is bad and that they will charge me for the diagnostic. It's $80 bucks ten dollars cheaper than for an alignment $90. I thought I was done with these car dealerships getting one over on me. I live nearby. When asked if I have ever been there before, I said no, to which he tells me I had with a Chevy Captiva in 2013, I said, "OH yeah, that lemon from Don Larson's in Baraboo!" Then I was offered to get the ball joint fixed for $500 the same day. I said no. I've known mechanics my whole life and where to get parts. Who is the manager? And why was I treated in such an awful manner? You will lose your local clientele and us hardworking people in these last glory days of these United States if things keep moving in this direction.
