I bought a Kubota B series tractor from Lulich's and the experience was amazing. Called them up, told them what I wanted, and they gave me a better price than my local dealer. Saved hundreds of dollars, and the tractor included a block heater and filled tires PLUS they delivered it to Marquette MI for FREE!!
Service after the sale? 100%! Implements come with a 1 year warranty, and as luck would have it, I noticed 2 small cracks in the housing of my snow blower attachment a week after it turned 1 year old. I called Lulich to see what my options were. The owner said that although the implement was out of warranty, it should not have happened, and they replaced the housing free of charge!
I tell everyone about Lulich Implement if they are considering a tractor purchase. ?
Lulich made me feel like a valued customer EVERY time I contacted them, and I greatly appreciate that!!

In person and over the phone, Peter is very rude and And so is a lady that answers the phone at Lulich implement. I was told that they had an enclosed cab
040 Kabota last week and now this week they don't have any enclosed cab for rent. I've been waiting to rent from them because last week was booked out. I understand that they were busy but now to be told that they do not have an enclosed cab at all, and before I was told that they did. a lot of attitude and a lot of rudeness is going on over there. I was maybe thinking about purchasing Kabota in the future, but I will no longer have them in my sights because of the customer service on the front end. Northland line and sport just a mile or so down on the road treats me so well. And so does Bobcat out of Duluth. I would recommend going there over Lich implement.

We purchased a new Workmaster 75 from Lulich and could not be happier with their customer service. Mark was our salesman and he went above and beyond to answer All questions accurately. The tractor had a couple of small issues and when I brought it to their attention they were quick to address the issues.I would Highly Recommend Lulich Implement !!

Was interested in a tractor they had called and talked to a salesmen on the phone drove 2+ hours with a trailer only for it to be nothing like the condition it was explained to be in over the phone

My wife and I have bought a new tractor and implements from Lulich the past year and have been very happy with everything so far. Mark has been our main salesman and he's been great to work with. Him and everyone have been very friendly and knowledgeable and don't try to sell you on things you don't need. Jesse, one of the techs, is also amazing and does a great job at walking you through the equipment and answered every question I had. The service has been very transparent about what they're doing and the timing of when your equipment will be done and ready to go. We look forward to continuing to do business with Lulich.
