We go to Weiler's quite regularly to get gas and wash our vehicles. On 1-15-22 my wife stopped there to get gas and the pump wouldn't take her debit card, so after trying a few times she said the heck with it and went to a different gas station. When she got home, there was a message on the answering machine from the Wood co sheriff dept. Sidney at Weiler's reported her debit card didn't register and she left without paying for $25 worth of gas. My wife called Weiler's to explain the situation and of course they didn't believe her. They insisted it was her car, she got gas, and drove off without paying. After a heated discussion, my wife insisted that they go back and look at their cameras again and wanted answers that day. Needless to say, they left her hang until the next day. They left a message on the answering machine and " seen you didn't have any gas, my mistake" is as close as they could come to an apology after ruining our whole weekend! Needless to say, this is the last place we want to do business with in the future.

Friendly service, clean bathrooms and facility, and cheapest gas around. Love that it's locally owned and operated. New car wash is awesome and works great. Wide selection of essentials, snacks, great coffee, beer, wine, cheese, phone chargers, car supplies, and more.

I went to the carwash and when I got home I discovered my tailgate and rear bumper we're just as dusty as before I went. The rest of the SUV was clean.

My friend and i went to the location that is near the Walmart in Marshfield, WI and used their hot lava car wash. I do not recommend this to anybody because after we used their car wash we noticed it took of part of the license plate sticker and part of the license plate. I called them and had to wait for a manager to give me a call this morning which I didn’t receive and had to call them. I was told nothing can be done for the license plate or sticker and that it’s a high pressured car wash and it happens. Now it has to be replaced when the sticker was just renewed a few months ago and the license plates have been the same for years. Not happy.

I called for bulk 91 octane no ethanol fuel delivery for my zero turn lawn mower and four wheelers. Wayne Weiler has his driver deliver exactly what I needed quickly.

Took my car through the car wash today and it was still dirty when it was done. So I called and spoke to a manager who more or less told me my car was really dirty when I went through and there was nothing they could do. I won't be giving any more money to Weiler's Stores. I knew I should have waited in line at Kwik Trip
