I wish Walmart would take military insurance again but with the two insurances I have I'm stuck at Walgreens. I have to call for them to put my meds through both insurances or it just sits forever and doesn't get filed to send me a text notification for pick up. Now I'm waiting weeks for insulin!!! I have to call and the automated system is horrible!! After all the prompts to send me to talk to the pharmacy it hangs up after 2min and I even tried calling the manager of the store and the same thing keeps happening. I even tried calling from my other family members phones with the same issue so I had to drive 30min to the store to talk to them for them to tell me they still don't have my meds on the truck and to keep calling back on Mondays. It's been 2 weeks without insulin!!! I'm always fighting for my Adderall and insulin. I'm tired of places claiming shortages. Keep the stuff in stock!!! Fix the phone issues so I don't have to drive to the store to wait in long lines then to wait forever for it to get filled. The main pharmacist is always prompt but the other people don't seem to get it no matter how many times the pharmacist has explained it to them. It's so terribly frustrating.

I can genuinely say this is the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. I waited half an hour for a single prescription. I was ignored in the drive through while she helped customers who arrived AFTER me. I think she just expected me to give up and leave? Do not waste your time or money. The staff is passive aggressive, slow, and will cut you off/walk away while you’re talking.Pharmacy Techs…If you hate your job so much, please just quit instead of taking it out on customers. Thanks.

The only pharmacy in Wisconsin that will give you additude for asking if they have your medication back in stock, and if not, then prepare to be told to find a different pharmacy. They've been sitting on my refill two weeks now and won't give me a relative date. Poor business model and lack of empathy from the techs.

This place is a joke. I have been trying to get my prescription for 1.5 days and keep getting excuses like delays, out of med then told different times it will be ready but when I get there it still isn't done. I just had surgery and am on day two of trying to get this. Also tried to transfer it to a different pharmacy, but was told they can't I would have to go through the whole process of getting a hold of the Dr having them cancel it and sending a new one

Upon a recent visit to refill my uncles prescription, I witnessed an elderly gentleman receiving his pills from the pharmacist that clearly had a language barrier. And proceeded to scold the old man for not wearing a mask, the old man could barely understand what was being demanded of him because she wasn’t speaking clear English. Very disorganized and rude pharmacy staff. I never post reviews but want to share with others to save their time. Not only was the staff extremely unprofessional but the wait was unreal. We have been using this pharmacy for awhile and we will now go elsewhere as this is becoming too much of a regular occurrence.

I would give zero stars if I could....awful. I have young children, we've had our fair share of prescriptions for antibiotics. EVERY TIME you go to pick up, they claim they first can't find the prescription, then you wait, then you come back and it's not ready and you wait again. It has never been under an hour and a half wait. I will not be returning. I hope this helps others bypass the frustration and headache this pharmacy is notorious for.
