The Villas is perfect place to rent for short term housing. It’s clean, safe and cost effective. I don’t live in Marshfield, so finding a furnished apartment at the Villas where heat, electric, water, and internet are included that doesn’t cost a fortune is awesome!

These apartments are specifically for student housing for the UW University across the street, although anyone can stay here. Friendly desk agent and maintenance worker. I would recommend as rent is only 450 to 500 a month on lease
