We went there looking for some carpet for a small area and Brad was very helpful, enthusiastic, and made shopping exciting. Brad understood what we wanted and were looking for and found us exactly what we were looking for. Their knowledge and friendliness was exactly what we all should look for when shopping for any home project and best of all they stand behind their products. When they say floors and more I believe it take a look at their showroom it is amazing and so is Rice's. Highly recommend Brad and his team. Thanks Brad for all your help getting me what we wanted.

A+ 100% satisfaction. No need for any exaggeration here. Everything was spectacular. It all went off without a single hiccup, from scheduling the estimator, choosing the carpets and laminate in the store and then to finally having the old stuff removed and the new carpet and flooring installed . Everyone was on time, on budget and the workmanship was stellar. Bob was an absolute joy to work with.

Our flooring project at Marshfield Book and Stationery ran so smoothly and efficiently from start to finish thanks to Angie, Rebecca, and the whole staff at Rice's. You're not a stranger when you walk into Rice's. They make you feel so welcome and assist with ideas, scheduling, and total project management. The professionals that did the demo and installation finished ahead of schedule which created very little disruption for our staff and customers. Angie also demonstrates great customer service after the project as she has followed up multiple times to be sure we are satisfied. A friendly and professional staff. Thank you Rice's!
