Our cooktop needed to be hard wired, the salesman failed to inform us about this. He said it'd be $100 to install. I scheduled an appt and the installer hands me a bill for $200, looks at my outlet and says an electrician needs to do this. They're still charging for service even though that can't install the product. If the salesman would have mentioned this I wouldn't have had them come out. Nice store though, prices are high.

Rude and arrogant sales person. Website says call for price. When comparing to other brands, went to the competitor's website to make sure your statement is truth full while in the store.

Was shopping for furniture and the sells person was great. He answered all of my questions, knew the products well and we went to several places in town and Mittens had the best selection and quality of furniture. I will be back to purchase furniture soon.

I keep trying to post a Google review with my experience with Mittens Furniture in Marshfield, however the review keeps getting deleted. We will not purchase anything from Mittens again. Horrible customer service! Had a defective stove from day one. Finally after a year of issues and 2 different repairmen coming out several times, they offered a $500 credit to purchase another stove, when I paid over $900 for the stove. The repairman indicated they would pass it through inspection and they would resell it at a discount in the store. We went directly through GE for a new stove and they took the defective one. There was no way I was letting Mittens take this stove back, to sell it to someone else after all the troubles we had with the stove and with them. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Good luck buying anything from this place.

Worst customer service experience ever. Two years we ago got a Amana washing machine from them. Hasn't worked right since. Incompetent repair man...couldn't remember if he put the bad part back in the machine. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.
