They vet that came in the room handled my shy guy with lots of love and patience and gave me plenty of reassurance. It would be a 5 star place if the ladies made me feel welcomed when we walked in the door.

My youngest has to go in once a month for a allergy shot and he and my oldest get all excited when I turn down their road. So I think they like them??
