We have a sleeper sofa that goes back nearly 20 years. One of the plastic casters under the sofa broke and we couldn't move it very easily. I made contact with the company and they took time to figure out what I needed. I expected to buy the caster, if it was still available. In the mail last week I received a package with four new casters ... All of them perfect matches!!! Thanks so much! We'll stand by this brand!

We have had our Marshfield couch and chair for over 10 years. It has stood the test of time. The cushion are almost as firm as when it was new. This furniture is built SO well. I plan on changing our decor, but not because it is worn out. I haven't found any yet that compares.

If I could give it negative stars I would. This company is an absolute JOKE. On the second day of my husband working there his wallet was STOLEN out of his bag. And conveniently the security cameras don’t reach his work station.

I purchased a high quality rocking chair via Country Door which arrived safe and sound in Houston yesterday. The quality and workmanship is phenomenal, it is gorgeous. A real heirloom piece which will last for decades! I'll upload a picture soon!

We purchased a Mansfield chair from a well known furniture store in Michigan assuming it was good quality. The leather began cracking after about two years. Now it is cracked and has holes all over the arms. My husband is the only one who sits in this chair so it hasn’t been abused. We now realize that it cracks because the leather is thin and cheap. The chair has been removed from our family room. We feel like we wasted $1,500. Buyer beware! This furniture is not well made.

We had our Marshfield sleeper sofa custom made in 2000. It is covered in a fern green chenille fabric. The sofa certainly has not been abused, but has had lots of use. The sofa is built like a rock, and the fabric is in great condition. The cushions are still plump. We do need to unzip the cushions occasionally, as the heavy foam shifts from use. We are ready for a color change, but decided to change the fabric, not the sofa.

We purchased a Marshfield couch February of 2020. We received it March 2020. It was perfect, exactly what I wanted. A beautiful piece of furniture. With in 1 year, it is garbage. Its in a house with 2 adults and a teenager. We're a quiet house it has been very lightly used as our normal routine is to sit in the recliners. The cushions are losing their shape and the fabric is pilling and pulling. There are fabric loops pulling out, we keep a crocheted blanket on the back of the couch and it has somehow left marks. I've never seen anything quite like it. We are so incredibly disappointed. We tried to turn it back in on warranty and were told we caused the damage. We replaced a cheap couch that had been purchased from a "going out of business" sale for a fraction of the cost of the new couch. The cheap couch that we replaced looked better after 8 years of use!!!!

I bought 2 couches several years ago. One has held up great, the other has been in a rarely used room and the cushions have collapsed. It obviously should still be under warranty, they know it was manufactured less than ten years ago, but I can’t even get a response on how to BUY replacement inserts for cushions. I will never use them again because of the poor customer service.

We have had a poor experience with Marshfield Furniture. We bought our sofa and loveseat about 5 years ago, wanting to buy good quality furniture made in the US. We have been having problems with them ever since. As the furniture has a lifetime warranty, we contacted the company several months ago about getting the furniture repaired under warranty (the dealer was out of business). Now that they have our furniture, they are alleging we abused the furniture, and will reluctantly repair it but will no longer honor our warranty. In full disclosure, we homeschool and have more that the "average" number of kids, and we use our furniture a lot, but we don't abuse it. It is just an excuse by the company for making furniture that doesn't live up to the warranty.
