I couldn't believe how rude Deb was on the phone. She was swearing at me on the phone putting blame on the customer and cold weather, even though her mechanic didn't reconnect my horn wire. It cost me a half a day in wages and 4 trip's back and fourth to Wausau DMV plus a bill for another mechanic shop and she wanted to charge me for it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all. Extremely unprofessional. I would definitely recommend associated sales and leasing. This was a interlock instalation.

Lady was very rude to me over the phone and would not help answer my question. Then when I asked a simple question, proceeded to hang up on me. Poor service and should not be how you run a business.
