Spoke with Mark and he was frustrated about the hail damage to his trees and apples this year and let us pick what we wanted. Made applesauce, apple butter, froze some sliced apples and made a couple of apple cakes. Apples were great for all of these. Thank you Mark for allowing us to pivk. ❤️
