Came into Gross in Spencer because I live in the area. I'm a young single guy with a good job in steel fabrication -- will easily make 6 figures this year. Wanted to buy my first brand new vehicle. But I will NEVER go to this dealership again. The two women in the office (secretary and finance) were rude, condescending -- even to the sales guy who was helping me (he was VERY polite and professional -- I regret that I won't be buying my truck from him). Don't know if it was because I'm young. Or male. But those two women need lessons in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Both the person I talked to in service and the woman at the service desk were rude and short with me. They made me feel like I shouldnt be there. Not very helpful and charged me $200.00 for a throttle ckeaning that should have cost $50.00. They stored my car a couple of days because they wouldnt provide shuttle service and my car was so dirty I could barely see out the windows. I will never go there again.
