Their laundromat is a joke. I went there to wash my clothes and all the dryers had out of order signs on them and the coin machine didn't work (no sign on it). Went to the gas station for help and the two guys looked like they were high and just gave me vacant expressions and said there was nothing they could do.

I don't want to give this place, even a 1 star. I have been in here multiple times because I walk past, and it's convenient. I don't know if the workers there are under paid, or just don't want to work. But they are never friendly, no welcome, no thank you. I overlooked it a couple of times, but its everytime. No wonder Kwik Trips are so busy. They always make you feel welcomed. This place needs to learn customer appreciation. I think the owners should look closer at all reviews. Everyone is saying the same. They need to get rid of the young man who works there. He is the rudest, most unfriendliest person I have ever met. If he doesn't like his job, there are a lot of others in town.

I'm a long time BP customer. Not a fan of kwik trip. I recently purchase gas and tried using my pick and save card and fas rewards at the same time which I have done thousand times before. Just purchased gas and was rudely told I couldn't use both cards. Other end of town same same BP I can. If I can't use both at the same time fas rewards is useless to me. Might have to look for different gas station. I put on 80 miles a day just for work. Definitely not going to this gas station again

Stopped here a few times, almost every time the staff was not friendly at all. Tried stopping yesterday, 11/29 in the afternoon and the guy (one of the "crabby " ones who I have seen there before) was working. He was very unfriendly again and even barked at me for talking too fast or as he called it (rambling) when I was asking for something! I told him on my way out I would never be back!

Was playing Wisconsin Lottery there. Ken the staff member said I threw a winning ticket at him and he wouldn’t cash it and I should take it elsewhere. I have had previously had unpleasant experiences with him. I know employees are difficult to obtain and management has to tolerate what they have , but really to be as thin skinned as him

From reading the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one who has an issue with the Rude, unprofessional employees perhaps the owner should get the hint?? Perhaps fire the bad employees (especially the guy who wears the beanie hat) and hire more Courteous and better trained employees?? won't be going back

Returned to this store to speak to a manager regarding my horrible experience on Mother’s Day weekend…..see prior review. I approached a lab older woman at the desk to ask whether a manager was available or if there was a main manager for this store. She have no information. I looked over to my right to see a slim dark haired male worker at the next register. I thought it was the same individual that I had the negative interaction with bit he had a mask on when I was last here. Once he started to speak to ask me what I needed I recognized his voice and explained that I did not want to speak to him. The female worked again would not give me any direction regarding who the overall manager was or hit to contact them. Then the male worker said he was the currently present “manager” on this shift. I once again did not want to speak with him and explained this though he felt that I was interrupting his attempt to explain the facts. For a third time I asked the female worker when I could contact the store management and she finally said that the manager would be in at 4 am. I replied that I would come in then. The male worker tried to attempt an explanation but I informed him that I would be in to talk to the actual manager as this was about him. As I was walking out he yelled “Bye bye!”I strongly urge you to avoid this store!

I went shopping with two of my kids children who are on the inexperienced side of pumping gas though they have done so using cash to pay and have used a debit card once or twice. I was the driver as we pull up and I ask them to give them my debit card and they both get out to pump the gas. They put in the card, follow the instructions on the pump which promos them to put the handle and begin pumping. As they stand by the side of the car they muse to each other about how odd it was to not have had to put a PIN # in. Suddenly they get back into the car and say that I need to go in to pay. This happened so quickly though that I thought the pump or payment system had actually malfunctioned and thus I went inside. I asked a tall thin guy behind the counter what the issue was. He told me I had to pay inside as the gas was pumped BEFORE the payment went through. I asked how that could happen. He told me that he had authorized it when they put the handle in the car. Up to this point I am just receiving distain and attitude from this young man. I explain that these are my kids who are learning to pump gas (and why I am along with them) and he tells me “you should have been helping them then !” I told him that he should have a better attitude. I tell him that I will not return to patronize this station and I take my card out assuming the transaction was done. He then says he will call the police if I don’t pay for the gas, telling me that $46 was pumped. I then place my card in AGAIN and complete the transaction with an unfortunate expletive for the rude and attitudinal clerk who still cannot tell me why he authorized gas to flow before the electronic payment was cleared. He caused the problem and then chastised me for the confusion than followed. If anyone knows who the local owners of this business are please make sure they read this review. I would be happy to talk with them as well as contact their BP rep about this extremely disturbing clerk and interaction.

I have been treated so poorly, the young male clerk was rude and disrespectful. I will not come back; sorry you need to change your attitude, if you don’t have good customer service, you shouldn’t take that job. Keep in mind you are not the only gas station in town, it is unacceptable to lecture or yell at a customer.

Car wash is hardly ever open. I'm not sure how many coupon codes went expired cause the car wash is closed every time I go. Pet wash is amazingly helpful. Staff is *usually* friendly.
