Always rude. The short lady with the short hair always has an attitude. You are guaranteed a snide comment from her. I never like visiting this post office. The experience would be much better if i didn't have to deal with that lady every time.

I’ve lived in this town for 15 years. In that time this postal service has lost 3 drivers licenses, 2 registration tags, and a $300 computer part. I’ve complained for all 15 years and literally nothing has been done. I constantly deliver my neighbors mail and vice versa. In fact, in the last 5 years I’ve had to tell my neighbors when I’m getting a package just in case it’s left in their mailbox or on their porch. Am I going to be getting paid for completing this places job?

I scheduled a package pickup (as I’ve done many times due to my work schedule, if a package doesn’t fit in my mail box to be sent out that way), and I got left a note saying something along the lines of “next time please bring large packages to the post office since I don’t have room in my vehicle”… I’m sorry but it’s your job to fulfill pickup requests? next time I’ll haul my 45# package to the post office while I have my toddler with me, and I work every day they’re open! Literally impossible. The amount of time it took them to write the note, they could’ve brought the package to the post office.This isn’t the first incident where they have been rude or lazy in some way or another. I’ve never had an issue with USPS until I moved to this area.?♀️

Wonderful service; the lady working today 11/24/21 has fixed my mistake and sent my package to California! She really went the extra mile in taking care of this !
