Another perk is at the beginning of year, you can sit down with qualified staff to look at your health insurance and see if there might be one with better premiums and to make sure your Doctor’s are in network and your prescription’s are at the best price.Lisa and her staff have looked after my needs with the utmost respect and privacy. “I call ahead to confirm my prescriptions are ready and there’s never been a problem. If something is the wrong price, they are helpful with to yo call at my insurance. They do a good job.”

“Over 1 hour 59 minute hold time.Needed to see if my RX was filled and what the brand name was they filled. They said your RX will be whatever we have available. I said no that didn't answer my question. Then put me on hold again for 20 minutes. I stayed on the line because I waited long enough. And then they want to rush you off the phone. That's wrong of them. Very rude. Long wait times on the phone. In the store. And slow at window pick up. Don't they read their reviews? They are can't even see what I'm typing. Walgreens can fold up anytime. I hate going there. Very slow. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.”

“I wish there was a way to comment to all the people complaining about pharmacy. I'm not an employee of Walgreens, however; I am a pharmacy tech . It's clear to me that anyone questioning phone policies has zero knowledge what happens in a fast paced work environment, where accuracy is not only expected but essential . We are NOT here to answer phones all day ... Doctors have a provider number that they call when needed; it's NOT the same number customers use , WHY ??? Because customers call for many strange reasons; DAILY !! You are important.... But so are the other 1000 people we help weekly . Do you think we like Covid ?! We Don't !' It's increased the amount of Daily duties we already had x10 . BTW .,,. No one wants to work , I'm sure your pharmacy needs help and is probably working short staffed ( just trying to fill the 100's of prescriptions daily ). So YA ... phone services SUCKS. .
