I was in today 6/22/24 around 1:40 pm. We were met at the cash register by a hilarious, knowledgeable, and clearly compassionate person. I feel bad because we see him there alot and we never get his name. He truly makes our trips there pleasant and exciting and I love that he is unapologetically himself.
Also, kudos to Petco for allowing self expression. We are always in awe of the unique style he brings.
So cool to see and makes my heart happy!

Never carry the cat food my cats like in the larger bags - but at least they carry it.
I come here to get the smaller bags when I run out of food between deliveries of larger bags

Refilled kitty litter. Store very inconsistent. Told fixed price. Next visit was told per pound listed on container, last one had to place on scale. Prices were $7 difference between trips

We walked in and wanted to buy fish there was a white lady standing by herself getting fish the attendant saw her and then saw me and my dark skinned kids waiting next after I waved at him and we waited patiently and he helped her then proceeded to walk away and ignore my kids only wanting to pick out their fish. I am disappointed in how you treated my kids and I and we now will drive to Green Bay to buy fish when we live by Marinette I'm going to drive 50 min out my way for better customer service for my kids and I will never shop here again. Mind you I spend hundreds of dollars here and will now be going out of my way to go somewhere else.

We were waiting in line to cash out and the young lady was having an issue. We didn’t mind waiting, a young gentleman came over and opened a register to take care of us. He didn’t have to do that as we didn’t mind. He was very polite and apologized for the wait.
