Our Hamster died on day 31 of having him. His name was Gumball and my three kids pooled together some of their Christmas money to get him. Called immediately the following morning on day 32 (I noticed he has passed after he wasn't active at 830pm the night prior) and was told if I bring in my ID they couldn't do a refund, but could do an exchange. Brought my three kids in after work only to be told they wouldn't honor this because they were outside of the 30 day store policy. By a day. Tried calling a more corporate number to see if I could get assistance and they said it's up to the store to honor the policy, their hands were tied. Super frustrating to be sold an animal that passed so quickly when I was anticipating years, and be met with rude employees who didn't even try to help. Stay away from big chain stores, especially this location.

A quick stop to grab cat food was not possible due to the lack of training of staff and inability to prioritize. Ignored, not acknowledged, treated like a burden. Not the poor boy who was working fault. He clearly was not trained or told how to provide customer service. People's time is valuable, Very frustrating experience.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the groomers are amazing with my dog. I always leave happy, and Max does too!

I have brought my dog there for the deshedding and grooming several times. Everytime he comes out looking great and I feel the deshedding has been a great and very helpful with the shedding. I will continue to bring my dog there, as the staff are very friendly and love animals.
