“I was seeing my doctor in Marinette Wisconsin. When I got done I noticed my tires were way overinflated because of the warm weather. So I tried to let out some air from one of the tires. Lo and behold, the little valve got stuck open! Air came rushing out of the valve! I was 130 mi from home. It was 4:30! I was in a panic so I called the closest place which was Quick Lane Tire and and Auto. At first I got an answering service, but then I told them it was an emergency, and that I was elderly and from out of town. I am 71 years old.
When I pulled up in their parking lot the guy was coming out to help me! I don't know how he knew it was me but he knew. He saw the valve was ruined and he put a new one in. He then checked all my tires. I wish I could remember his name. Dark hair with a beard as much as I can recall, a younger guy. He was exceptionally professional. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Now that's incredible service!
