“The store manager, Andrew, has gone above and beyond for myself and two children. For nearly a year, I have avoided the Marinette store due to prior staff member’s incompetence and failed follow up. Up until September, my husband & I paid an extra $250 per month on our phone bill as a result. We came into the store in September to cancel our services after 24 years with AT&T, however.
When we explained the situation to store manager, Andrew, he sat down & reviewed our account (3 lines at the time), explaining each charge and offering resolve & monthly billing reduction (hundreds) with the ADDITION of 3 phone lines. He was not pushy, rather, sympathetic to our frustrations of years of overpayment due to previous Marinette staff’s incompetence.

Andrew has helped my husband, son & I on several (separate) trips to the store.
Jazi has also spent countless hours helping us troubleshoot or old phones and answer questions on the new devices. She is equally as knowledgeable, pleasant & respectful.

Since Marinette has changed staff & management to include Andrew as manager and staff member, Jazi, we have referred multiple family, friends and coworkers to your store.
