These apartments have been neglected by the management company that I'd rather be totally homeless than live in there. A few of my friends had recently moved out due to extremely incompetent maintenance personnel and management that doesn't care except when looking for the rent payment.

Refuse refund application fee after claiming they would bcuz they denied my application & won't tell me why. 10 cottage row apartments are not like what's posted on Zillow there run down,dirty with bunch of drug addicts for tenants
