Was in the Marinette store yesterday working with two reps, Eddie and Kandyce, with some problems I was having understanding my new cellphone. The results after spending time with me has made life much easier using my phone. The reps did a tremendous job, kudos to both of them.

I had a great experience. I explained to Eddie the sales rep that helped me how much My budget was and what I wanted to get out of my update phone. And he was friendly and fast and knew exactly what I wanted.
