“I did bring in a 2019 ATV I just bought on Marketplace, and they did the full service on it. They were very accommodating and insightful. I learned a lot about my new unit. They recommended getting a battery tender to prevent the battery from going dead in the middle of winter. Since I have a winch and I'm going to be plowing snow they pointed out that the winch can drain a battery quicker than the alternator can charge so it will be nice to always have my battery at 100%.”

“I have a road trip planned for this weekend. Last week my oil pressure warning light started coming on intermittently. Changed the oil and refilled to correct level but that did not clear the light. Started to stress - pretty sure it was the sender, but oil pressure is not something to screw around with. Called all over town but no one could get me in for 2 weeks or more. I was considering changing the switch myself, but it would be tough without a lift. Stopped at RSI because it was the closest place to my house, and they were able to squeeze me in. It was the sensor and they replaced it after hooking up a gage to verify oil pressure was good. Great, professional, friendly service, great dog in the office and work done fast at a reasonable price - job was done by lunch. Highly recommended.”

“This is the fastest service I have ever had! I walked in and asked if I could get an oil change in the next 20 minutes. They said maybe 15 minutes and had my truck in the shop in 5 minutes. 5-7 minutes later, my truck done! Everyone was professional and very friendly, plus the price was good. “There was a good size crack down the middle of our truck windshield. Service was quick and after he fixed it, the crack was unnoticeable. Saved us from having to get a whole new windshield which is pricey. I can't even see it anymore. He fixed it over a year ago and we haven't had any issues at all.
