I have rented with a dozen other storage units and this place is one of the worst I have Dealt with. Payed all my payments on time, kept the unit clean, and gave long notice before moving out.
I was charged a full month even when I pulled out half way through the month. Also didn’t get deposit back for an oil stain and on the concrete that were in the floor before I moved in and said it was from me. All I kept was a boat in the unit nothing else…
Don’t rent with place he will screw you over for everything he can get..

The unit I rented to store my BMW Convertible was clean, dry and the walls and ceiling are in new condition. The owners take pride in what they rent. The rental rates are extremely competitive for the area. I would highly recommend.

Spotless units with lights on timers. Larry is a great guy to work with. We had a large pull through for our camper. No mice!
