Pharmacist, Dan Walters helped me out very much today, along with pharmacy tech Corene ,I was having big concerns with the prescription , I was losing sleep over,Dan Walters resolved my concerns , and made sure I had my medication, i’m very thankful Dan took the time to resolve my concerns , I have been with this Walgreens for almost 6 years at 2702 Calumet Ave., Manitowoc ,Wisconsin, Things don’t go perfect all the time, Dan always makes sure to handle the issue before it gets out of control ,or something else, I’m very grateful for professionals like Dan WaltersDrive-through window 10:20 AM, January 19, 2024

Pharmacy hours are always wrong, can barely get medications from here. Online says open till 7pm, drive there and sign in window saying no pharmacist on duty. Called to find out what their problem is can't even connect to the pharmacy after 20 mins of holding. Worst pharmacy I have ever been too! I would rate 0 stars if I could. Will be changing pharmacies, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My kid is sick and I normally use Walgreens pharmacy I didn't get her test results till 6pm on Friday so I went to pick it up and they closed at 530 even though the website says 7, and now it's closed till Monday and I can't get ahold of her doctor to transfer the perception, grrat way to start my mothers day weekend.

They go through so many new people constantly there’s always something getting messed up! On top of that I went through drive through to get my medicine, was at the second window with the tube, sent my debit card and ID, the lady said I’ll need to see your ID. I said I sent it with my debit card, I see her look at the desk, she had already taken it out of the tube and had it on the desk! To top it off she put my ID on top of my medicine in the tube, so when I went to open it my ID flew out, and was a car behind me! It’s gets even worse! I pulled over because I noticed my debit card was missing too! I checked my vehicle, got out and was looking under the other cars, and it was no where to be found. Someone in drive though was kind enough to ask her if she still had my debit card. She said, “oh it’s still in the tube I’m sending it right now.” It was the gentleman’s debit card that was currently in that drive through lane! I called to speak with the manager, she said she’d call me back. She finally called back, and said my medicine wasn’t ready, so my debit card was never used, because it was never scanned or charged! I said I have my medicine, and I checked my online banking app and I was charged! All she had to say was well then you might want to cancel that debit card and get a new one! Seriously! Not even a I’m sorry this happened, I’ll be having a talk with that lady, nothing! She probably gave my debit card to someone else!

I had to wait in line so long I missed watching my kids grow up. Then when I got to the counter they told me it would be 20 minutes longer, so I just got back in line, because it was so long. Then I made an impulse buy because it was 70% off and I had to stare at it for 40 minutes altogether. I heard a woman tell a story to the lady in front of me about her unvaccinated cat biting her because she scared it. She kept saying “ow,ow,ow” until someone acknowledged her and then wouldn’t shut the hell up about it. I’m glad I brought my whiskey flask so I could take a few pulls to help take the edge off and make my eye stop twitching. I guess it s not their fault. I don’t recommend going here, but honestly, you don’t have much of a choice because some people need these medicines to live. I’ve probably wasted years of my life here, waiting.

Always have to call the pharmacy to get them to fill any of the prescriptions that my doctor sends them. I am now on 3 days waiting for them to fill a prescription that is now over due. They change their store hours on a whimsical basis because they are under staffed. Always a long wait every time to fill anything there unless I stop and call hold while they look it up then lie and say they just received it even though their online system shows that it has been there for days. They have 1 good pharmacist there the rest need to be retrained so they remember they are just pharmacists not doctors and should stop questioning the doctors as to why they wrote the prescription of any medication every single time one is sent to them. There is really no upside to going there ? takes longer their open fewer hours and you never know day to day if they are open or if their filling your medications that day or not.

Horrible service from the Photo department. Went there to get a passport picture there was only one person ahead of me. When I was next and requested the photo the lady behind the counter said I had to come back on Monday, 'can't you see we are busy'. I was shocked. No one else was around. She pointed to boxes, like I was supposed to know what that meant. If she had asked nicely I probably would have came back the next day. But I went to CVS and they were so nice and quick. Never going to Walgreens again.
