Could have had more than 1 sales rep. The sales rep that was there was great at mulit tasking but because there were more than 4 customers trying to get his attention at once it was hard to get much done.

Tyquail was absolutely wonderful! I could not have asked for a better customer service representative. He juggled four sets of customers all alone and kept us all happy.
