“My husband and I just bought a Subaru here and were very impressed. After visiting a couple of other dealerships that really felt like the stereotypical user car dealer, this was a breath of fresh air. They go the extra mile by keeping their cars indoors. Their pricing was reasonable. They also have the lowest dealership fee that we've seen.
As part of my due diligence, we did have the car independently reviewed by another mechanic. A relatively minor issue was discovered, and Satori's was extremely apologetic, fixed it immediately, and even invited my husband under the car to see the repair. Mistakes happen; it's how they're handled that matters. And these guys couldn't have been more professional.
As we were closing the loan, we headed out for a road trip. These guys worked with the credit union (out of state and not connected to them in any way) directly to make sure everything was all set.
Take it from me! I work for a small business myself, and I know how to recognize honest folks making an honest buck. That's Satori's for sure.”
